Pilot and Crew Amenities
The Ohio State University Airport (KOSU) welcomes pilots and crew to the Austin E. Knowlton Executive Terminal & Aviation Learning Center. KOSU has a variety of facilities and amenities, including the John H. McConnell-Worthington Industries Flight Hub, relaxing day rooms, NetJets Lobby and Observation Deck, quiet study spots and a modern finished main terminal. A description and images of each are provided below. At KOSU we are dedicated to providing a feeling of your home away from home – it's called being a Buckeye.
Main Terminal and NetJets Lobby
Our large, open terminal with modern amenities gives pilots, crew and travelers the opportunity to await their next trip in relaxation. The front desk crew is happy to help point guests in the right direction for any travel needs. Don’t forget to grab a cup of our fresh locally brewed coffee, then kick back and relax.

Our pilot lounge features a mapping table, kitchenette, vending snacks and drinks, along with individual washrooms and a lactation room. The lounge also includes not one, but six cable TVs. There is a designated business center within the lounge that has multiple computers so that pilots and crew may chat, coordinate and plan in a secluded area. The lounge directly connects to our flight school, which enables networking opportunities with the next generation of aviation professionals.

Day Rooms
Buckeye Getaway: It is important to us that pilots and crew are well prepared for travel. KOSU has dedicated four personal resting areas with a private washroom to ensure pilots and crew on layovers are able to focus their full time and attention to their next adventures.

NetJets Observation Deck
The NetJets Observation Deck has a fantastic panoramic view of the airfield with comfortable seating and chairs. It is truly the perfect place in the terminal to take some time to let thoughts and stress fly away. There is easy access to the observation deck from either the stairs or elevator, both located just inside the terminal entrance.

Study Spots
KOSU has several study spots around the airport, so go ahead and choose your favorite. At the airport we like to maintain a quiet and relaxing environment so that pilots, crew and students can stay focused and be productive.
